Calpol bottle. How much do they get at the age of 4? 7.5ml or 10ml? Surely if it’s 10ml the section that says 2-4 years should say 2-3 years?

For a 4 year old theyd come into the 4-7yrs age bracket.

The 2-4 bracket is for children over 2 but not yet 4.

She's 4 so it's 10ml.

It is confusing and would make more sense like you say. I tend to assume it is until you turn 4, as in 48m. In reality it is weight based anyway and I assume they err on the side of caution so either would be fine for a 4yo.
