Can grumpiness be teeth?

Dd is even more grumpy than usual this week. 21 months and always been high needs, full on.

This week she is just miserable. She's not talking much but has stopped saying even the few words she had. Anything I ask she says no. She's off her food a little, weepy and restless. No temperature.

Seems a little pale maybe but I could be looking for stuff. Nappies are normal. I don't know she's just grumpy and emotional.

Could this be more teeth arriving?

I think they get their second lot of molars between 20 and 24 months so yes could be teeth.

DS is younger but always off his food when teething - always a tell tale sigh!

Thank you. Only other thing I have done is reduced nap by half hour, was two hours. She sleeps 8 to 7 at night but was taking ages to go down. The more I think about it the more this might be linked? Should I wake from nap or just leave her? She used to wake herself after two but i started waking at 1.5 and that has helped bedtime.
