My neighbour’s toddler screams and cries all day long. Not a one off every few days but an every day occurrence, pretty much since he was very little (he is 2 and half now and is getting increasingly worse).
I know this is a very difficult age and tantrums are to be expected, but the amount of screaming and crying I hear is rather disturbing (I have noticed this more in the past few months because of the lockdown). He starts very early in the morning and continues on and off all day until late evening. I can hear his parents home with him but not sure what “strategy” they implement to calm him down.
Is this normal???
