Potty Training Twins

Anyone have any tips for potty training twins? I have tried several times over the last few months with my 3.5yr boys but they've shown no interest. Finally one of them is starting to have a go (with the promise of treats!) but the other still flatly refuses.
I think it is best to divide & conquer. I find the whole thing very daunting, especially as they are my first & only children. I am also on my own most of the time which doesn't make it easier.
I would appreciate any advice.

Hi! Our twin boys were really late. 3.6 months and 3.9 Months. I had wrongly assumed that they would be ready at the same time. How wrong I was! For overnight training we kept nappies on them until they woke up dry. No point in trying to night-train them as they only become dry when they start producing a hormone which is completely untrainable. But having waited, we have had no episodes of night-time wetting.
Oh and we didn’t bother with potties either. Straight to the loo, then when you’re out and about going to the loo isn’t daunting for them.
Good luck! Took us about a week to crack it!
