Hi I’m a single mum and two of my children live at home with me - have a very talll skinny 16 year old son who can eat anything and an 11 year old daughter who definitely is a different gene pool and can’t !
She is since lockdown in a really bad habit of snacking and not eating proper meals - any tips on how I get strict with her , whilst also feeding a teenage boy who stays skinny whatever he eats
I want to get strict without giving her a complex . She’s 5 foot 2 and just under 7 stone . Thanks !
