Hi all,
Anyone have some great ideas for food, games and decorations for a halloween party for 3 - 5 year olds?

Drat.
Ducking apples won't keep them happy for long.

Food- any of those jelly worm things, cakes that all the supermarkets sell at halloween with spiders webs on. Lurid green jelly.

My friend (for older children) used to put a red light bulb in, put plastic spiders etc in the jelly she made. also made grave stones from cereal packets but 3-5 a bit young to scare to death.

Hopefully someone a bit more inspired will come along [hopeful emoticon]

depending on the disposition of the kids:

tomato soup=scary blood soup
spaghetti=worm surprise
chopped green jelly=booger jelly
bug shaped sweets

old sheets held up on hangers make good ghosties.

big box with different objects in them- kids have to guess what's in there. some stuff normal, some gloopy etc.

pin the nose on the monster
