Night nappy suggestions

My minki huggles have finally given up the ghost after stirling service with 2 babies. DS2 has 2 new ones but I really need 2 more night nappies to allow for washing/drying/airing in plenty of time. I am happy with the minki huggles but thought I would see what else is around.

I would prefer the nappy to need motherease airflow wraps as I have them already.

DS2 is 2.3 and weighs 2.5stone. Tall and solid, not fat.

TIA

ellas house bumhugger - loving mine at the moment - kiwi quick flip - flame loving these at the moment or a stuffed bimble - also loving these at moment and a bit obsessed with them to be honest lol! I use all these with wool though - wool is my new friend too....

I didn't get on with wool. Tried a spooty wrap from Tots but just couldn't get my head around it and couldn't be doing with lionising, etc with 3 kids under 5.

NAB3, you know you don't have to lanolise the spotty wrap don't you? I have prob read your post completly wrong and you were talking about wool not the spotty wrap.

I love Bumhuggers and Bamboo Baby BeeHinds for night use

I'm bamboo quick flip either boostered or with a jam tots underneath.

(CWCE - she meant that she didn't get on with fleece, let alone lanolising etc with wool )

Thanks Flame, read it three times and wasn't sure!

i have heard (although I have v limited experience) that Jiants are meant to be good?

NAB3 · 03/10/2007 18:54

I meant I couldn't get on with the spotty fleece/wool wrap!

Have you lot decided what I am buying for DS2 yet?

The MH looked even more threadbare coming out of the washer!!

I have a jiant!! they are quite narrow i find and i struggle to stuff mine - never really tried the 'ammo belt' function but many have and rave who have heavy wetters - it works though and i do use it just not my top drawer first choice. There made out of recycled or new towels so very eco friendly!

You have to visit jumblebums online to buy....

Well I have a brand new minki huggle and standard minki in the paw print (both mediums I think..) which I need to get rid off I´ve been trying to work the whole night nappy thing out for ages and was sure these two would be the key but dh just isn´t having any of it. We´re having too little sleep anyway so just doesn´t seem the time to experiment with wet bums.

So yeah, I might go back to the drawing board in a wee while but he´ll have outgrown these by then.. they have been worn once each, if you think they´d be of any use give me a shout.

NAB3 · 03/10/2007 19:27

DH won't let me buy 2nd nappies but if it is BN I may be able to persuade him.

Still considering about having a change.

that´s fine, just chucking it out there .. they have been used but just the once each.. the huggle used once overnight and the pawprint was literally on him for about 30mins for the cute factor before we bathed and changed him.

But I completely understand the need to try out new nappies, purely in the name of research you understand
