Chills for 5 months postpartum

I have posted on here before looking for further advice,

My little girl is 5 months old, ever since she's been born I have chills and feeling hot and shivery mostly everyday, I check my temprature which is always between 37.1 and 37.6, when I'm on my period it goes up to 38?
I called my docs who advised your temp can go up around your time of month and it sounds like a hormone imbalance, she checked my bloods for " infection" and came back clear and never offered any further advice?
Has anyone experienced this, I just honestly don't think it's normal feeling like this constant, I will also wake up during the night with sweat dripping from me

Have you posted about this before and said you also had PCOS?

Have you had your thyroid checked?

I had awful night sweats until quite recently (13 months postpartum) but my temp didn't fluctuate that much during the day. Your hormones are probably still all over the place. I noticed things getting better after a couple of periods.

I'm not a doctor so can't advise but you're still quite early days hormonally, especially if you breastfeed (I didn't and things still took an age to settle down).
