Have a 4 week old DD who is gorgeous but pretty much lives on my lap feeding or in a sling. The sling has saved me in these first few weeks the only way I get anything done but with the heatwave coming this weekend, I’m worried about her overheating. I’ll strip her down to her nappy/ won’t be heading outdoors but I fear I’m going to be producing lots of body heat and it may not be safe. Any tips for keeping her cool - I have two other children to look after so I need to have my hands as free as possible - she’ll only stay in her bouncy chair or car seat for a matter of minutes.
