Common Cold and Babies

Hi everyone

My 20 week old has picked up what I think is a cold. Hes so congested and snuffly. Sleep is terrible and feeding has become really difficult. Is there anything I can do to help decongest him? Or is it just a case of waiting for it to clear by itself?

Saline nasal spray. I used the Sterimar one, but my youngest is 2 now. I don't know what the age recommendations are on it. But it works very well. Sometimes a bit of snuffle babe on the feet inside of socks to go to bed. Calpol if they are really uncomfortable enough to not be sleeping much during the night.

I found the Calpol plug with the menthol insert really helpful with my eldest.

Snufflebabe is like Vicks for babies.

We still use it for the 6 yr old when he has a "snuffy nose" and cant sleep.
