New bikes?

Hi all,
Twins dd2 and ds both need new bikes. I'm looking for mountain bikes as we take them offroad biking a lot. We have looked at Carrera but they are v pricy. Our top budget is £250. Any recommendations are welcome!

I can't recommend a specific brand, but have a look for second hand bikes, as you might be able to get your preferred brand bikes for a price within your budget. Facebook marketplace, ebay and gumtree are all worth a look x

Get a second hand Isla bike. They hold their value, so whatever you pay second hand for one is what you will be able to sell it for. We bought/sold on an Islabike facebook group

How old are they? If they're going to grow quickly then The Bike Club might be a good bet: good-quality bikes that you trade in once they're outgrown.

@SeasonallySnowyPeasant, they are both 8 and going into year four come September.
