Hello, my six year old has lost one of his top front teeth this morning, it was really ready to come out as it has been hanging off for the past 24 hours but there's some kind of weird soft dangly thing left where the tooth was? Is it a root or just some gum tissue? He didn't have this when the bottom two came out so I'm a bit baffled. Should I leave it alone or does he need to see someone? Sorry about the gross pic
