BF baby refusing bottle

Hello!
I am writing hoping for some ideas and support.
My dd is 6 months old. I have been breastfeeding her but she has also been taking a bottle fine since birth until about 1.5 months ago. It started slowly with decreasing amounts she would have, then she didn't take it from dad and now she starts crying when she sees it and even cries at the breast.
She started nursery last week as I have to go to work and they can't get much into her either. She's small and I am worried about weight loss/ her not growing properly.
What I've tried

  • different teats ( she has started on avent natural, I then tried MUM, tomee tippie and different sizew as well)
  • different formulas
  • different temperatures
  • feeding after a small breastfeed
  • different times
  • different positions
She does not take sippy cup with milk from me (but water is fine). She started solids and eats plenty at nursery...so she's getting some calories. My milk supply has gome down a lot in the past days and I feel I can't feed her enough. She started sleeping though but was up 6 times last night...crying and I boobed her. She also seems quite refluxy this morning...never seen that behaviour before. She seems to regurgitate a bit and then swallows and cries, I guess from irrtation from gastric acid.

The problem is that I will be working long hours and nights/ weekends at the hospital and I won't be able to compensate for the missing milk feeds in the evenings etc. And she doesn't accept bottle from my partner.

It is a bit of a dilemma and it's horrible to feel that I can't feed my child.
Grateful for any advice, experiences ....
