My 15 week old DS is formula fed and had got into a pattern of pooing once every two to three days. But in the last 72 hours or so (since the weather heated up) he's gone once and sometimes twice per day. I can't tell if it's diarrhoea or not - his poos are always runny because he's not yet on solids.
One of his poos did seem to come out especially quickly from what I could hear, which could suggest it's more runny than usual - but really I'm just not sure. His milk intake is normal.
Any ideas?
