Newborn high pitched gasping/gulping

My baby is just over 2 weeks and is ff. With some feeds she makes this really loud high pitched gasping while feeding along with loud gulping noises. I have switched to Mam size 0 teats but she still does it. She is 'paced' fed.

Also to add she spits up multiple times after feeding.

Exactly the same with my week old. Gonna ask the midwife about it when she visits tomorrow. I also got her checked at the hospital but they didnt see anything wrong

My LO made all sorts of noises / sounds! Including the ones yo have said. I was soo worried but apparantly all normal. She stopped making noises when she turned 5 months!

@Magic13 my lo used to spit up too but she had reflux. We had to use aptamil comfort for a while and that helped.

My wee boy did this from birth until he was a few months old- we were told he had "laryngomalacia" which is basically when the cartilages that make up their voice box are just a bit floppy and need time to strengthen. He didn't require any treatment or special feeding but definitely was more prone to being sick after feeding. He grew out of it which I think is the most common outcome. It was a very high pitched distinctive sound he made when feeding. I think if you google you may be able to listen to it online and see if similar?
