Baby randomly crys while sleeping or lying down

baby has been randomly crying when lying down or sleeping i am not sure why he does that :( he is a gassy baby and hasn't pooed for since nearly 24 hours hes 10 days old. Could that be the reason? Is there anything I can do to help? Or am I just being paraniod ?

sometimes my baby does this, she has done for quite a while, cries randomly for a few seconds then goes back to sleep, sometimes there are things babies do that we don't know why lol but if he's just randomly crying and then goinf back to sleep I wouldn't worry too much but if you want to put your mind at rest ring your HV xx
