Argh!!! I hate NVQ homework....going so slowly! Someone please make me work!

Am currently doing a NVQ Level 4 course in Advice and Guidance. Course has been enforced upon me by work, which makes it feel worse somehow - lack of motivation is big factor.

Month 1 and 2's homework was fine - loads and loads of it, but all came back with no orrections and amendments to make. All signed off - phew.

Then month 3 I was on holiday so fell behind, and Month 4 I have been on sick leave for 4 weeks - on week 5 and due back to work next week. So I am behind with that too.

I have missed month 5's one to one tutorial due to sick leave - but having that at the end of Month 6's NVQ delivery day on two week's time.

My case study is about 1/3rd down, with rest to complete asap, along with month 3 and 4's homework.

So I have started today....

This morning I have so far down 7 out of the 21 questions for Month 3. And it is going so slowly! I am bored. I want to browse MN. I want to play Sims on the Wii. I want to do anything bar this!

Someone please make my brain work - or come and do it for me???

Argh - just want to vent, lol.

have a break and set yourself some time later. I need to do some work and have set aside 2 hours tonight, why don't you join me if you are free? We can gee each other up! I plan to start when dd is in bed, after dinner.

LOL hulababy. Get off MN and do your work . It is fatal to click on when you should be working

If you need a break you'd be better off having a quick walk to get fresh air then coming on here - dull I know but true.

I know I know!!!

I know I need to just do it. At work when I have done it - I sometimes get chance to have a sneaky morning on the coursework - I am somotivated and can just rattle it off. At home it is another story. I am home alone, DD at school, DH at work - this is the perfect time.

Argh!!!

Right question 9 awaits....

good for you Hulababy

Finding this coursework a real pain. Just loads of waffle for the knowledge and understanding, rather than hard facts and theories. Also loads of repetition between questions - feel like I am writing same thing over and over but in slightly different ways.

I have now finished Month 3's hoemwork - all 21 questions. Have emailed them to tutor.

Break now. Will think about Month 4 tomorrow!

well done hulababy!
i have done my work today too (i am an nvq assessor), so i will now have the night off!

That's great - good for you.

Not doing Month 4's homework today - in quite a bit of pain and feeling very sickly, so will leave it today. Have a day of rest and sitting a bout

It is so long since I had to do homework and study! Last time was my degree which I finished back in 1996!!!

Yeah! Had assessment back from my tutor from this first lot of homework. Most of it is very well done, fully detailed, etc and covering all points. Just have a couple of sentences to add right near the end - was getting bored by then lol!

So, fell better now.

Month 4's homework for tomorrow!
