Activity ideas for 15 month and 3 year old

Can anyone give me any activity ideas for my 15 month and 3.5 year old? It's a real struggle to go to the park with them as my 15 month is running one direction and my 3 yr old runs in the other. It's just a general nightmare at the moment. Baking is also hard as my 15 mnth wants to get involved and all hell breaks loose. Just trying to think of ideas they can both be involved in together.

Potato printing
Sand pit
Water play
Hide and hunt small objects
Make dens out of sheets and furniture
Make skittles out of plastic bottles give your DC a tennis ball or football to knock them over.
Play ‘shops’
Stepping stones (cushions) in the garden or between furniture
Make a ‘string maze’ - look on google images for inspiration

Paintbrush bucket of water paint the fence/path/anything outside
Toy car wash -bucket of soapy water and sponges/cloths and any toys that can survive drenching.
Blocks building towers/knocking down. Sit in between them create a human barrier and have a pile for each child helps reduce the squabbles.
Balloons - blow up and let go or bat them around the room
Sheet tents
Chalk board/crayons
Tv and a cup of tea
Wooden train set is a big hit here. Make it big enough that they can both play I follow around the younger one and repair
Balance bike and trike
Watering drowning the plants
Books
More tv
Dance party (put music on phone and jump around)

I'm sure that all parents are going slightly round the bend and feel like we're failing miserably at the moment, I know I do.
