Early Wake Ups-6 month old

Hi
My little boy is 6 months old on Friday, for the past 2 mornings he's got up at 04:30am I've tried to treat the wake up like a night wake up i.e. Offering a feed however he's not been able to settle back off like usual. He usually gets up around 6amish. Could this be cutting teeth do you think? He's been teething since about 4 months, his bottom gum does look swollen xx

What does he do if you leave him for a bit? My son is 17 weeks and he does this. If I leave him he'll chat to himself then sometimes fall back asleep. Works about 50% of the time.

I did the feed thing yesterday and tried to leave him this morning I've got a video monitor and it looked as if he was trying to get him back off to sleep but he kept stiring and getting himself more and more worked up as he did it, got him out of bed around 5am in the end xx

It could be that he's just getting enough sleep! My son is 7 months and I just cut half hour off of his daytime naps and he goes through half an hour longer in the morning.

Babies are all different though!!

Hmmm I'm not sure it's that as he's a bit of a rubbish napper always has been, get around 2.5 hours out of him in the day usually 10.5/11 at night but the night has suddenly gone down to 9.5, he seems as if he's not had enough sleep when he gets up then aswell xx
