Dots on lip? What is this?

Hi my dd is nearly 7 months and I noticed one of these marks on her lip yday and today she woke with another. Anyone any ideas? Google just scares me she’s no others (hands and feet to rule out hand foot and mouth) I’m nervous about talking her to doctor or chemist in these times

I’d keep an eye on it and if it grows or blisters, send a pic to the gp surgery.
