Baby being gassy and throwing up on cow and gate

baby has been breast and bottle feeding hes having cow and gate but he seems really gassy and throws it up and seems to have pain in stomach aswell shall I switch to aptimal? I have heard alot of good things about aptamil and baby not being gassy on it. Shall I check with midwife first before switching ?

Aptimil and cow and Gate are the exact same thing. It's made here where I live. Try comfort formula

As the pp said Aptamil is pretty much the same as cow and cow.
You could try sma which is pretty good brand.
Or as pp said try cow and gate comfort milk?
I’d ring up your hv and get some advice.
