Pumping problems

Hi all

I really hope somebody can help!!
I've been back to work since having my baby about 8 weeks now, I have been pumping during the day but for a few reasons my supply seems to be dwindling!!

  1. my baby (8m) is now away mon-Thurs 8-5 so I am having to pump during these hours
  2. he has recently started sleeping through so not feeding at all at night

I am trying to pump every few hours but have barely got 3oz this morning...he is having 5oz in the morning and 5oz in the afternoon so currently needing more than I can pump.

I guess my questions are;
How can I improve my supply and does he need that much milk during the day??
