When I've had my nappies on the line all week...

...To sun bleach out the stains, do I then need to wash them again before putting them on dd? Up to now I've always chucked em in with a load or given them a quick rinse and then let them dry again before putting them on her but I'm wondering if it is really necessary. How dirty can they get just hanging on the line? They have been rained on once or twice, not sure if that makes a difference?
