5 yr old smelling sweaty underarms?

My daughter is 5 (6 in October) and the last week I’ve noticed her clothes smelling sweaty under the armpits. She’s been running around a lot and probably dressing too warmly as she’s been insisting on wearing a jacket but I thought they shouldn’t smell yet? Is this cause for concern? Thanks x

it could be caused by a lactose allergy, it might be worth trying removing dairy from her diet for a trial period and see if that helps.
If not, make sure she has a daily bath and uses a bar of soap, rather than liquid, and then use a little natural deodorant in the mornings
