9 week old always hungry and never sleeps!

My 9 week old DD is constantly hungry and despite being in the process of switching from
BF to FF (currently has one bottle) she wants to BF all day long and immediately after 4oz of formula. She also never sleeps in the day though has been going for slightly longer stretches at night in recent weeks, so shouldn’t complain. But I’m wondering if this all sounds normal? I can’t believe she isn’t tired in the day and is still hungry. She’s in the 50th centile. Is this normal and will it end??? I am glued to the sofa all day.

Have you had her weighed? Is she gaining on a centile line?

She was weighed at the 6 week check up and was on track. Asked the nurse to weigh her at 8 week vaccinations and was told she couldn’t? So not sure about her weight now Confused

Ian she hungry or just wanting to suck? Does she have a dummy?

Sounds normal to me, there's lots of growth spurts in the first weeks and months.

Constant sucking can be to ease pain ie silent reflux, CMPA but growth spurt more likely
