All my family keep asking what to get dd for xmas and I dont have a clue. Anyone able to offer some 'what to get and what not to get' ideas. DD will be 7 months at xmas.

clothes? we asked people to get nothing for ds because he has enough anyway and wouldn't really know what was going on. We bought him nothing cos we knew other people would get him stuff. They mainly gave him toys and clothes, and it was nice to get things different to what we would chose.

We are going to get DD the Tiny Love cot activity centre for Crimbo:

A litle ride on car?

Books?

Musical instruments (shakers, bells, tamborine)?

A baby walker or stroller for a dolly for first steps?

Activity table?

Next age up clothes?

Personally I would go for older age toys (12 +months) so she can grown into them.
