Help please Mums - anti colic bottles

Probably a stupid question, how to you heat the anti colic bottles? Do you take the temperature thing out? Any advice welcome please, day 3 and having a meltdown

We have these bottles and if we are heating up a cold ready made bottle from the fridge (which is not very often) I just put it into some hot water fully assembled, don't really take much notice of the temperature gauge I always test on my wrist to make sure the temperature is OK just like a normal bottle, luckily we use the perfect prep machine and bottles are at the right temperature :D hope this helps? P.s don't shake the bottle fully assembled when it's got boiling water in out the kettle it explodes everywhere wait till it cools down 😂 Xx
