Travel cot for 2 year old

Hi everybody. My little boy currently sleeps in a travel cot at grandparents houses however he has outgrown it. I know his travel cot probably isn't one of the biggest you can buy so I'm wondering if anybody has any recommendations? I've been looking into the hauck sleep n play as that one seems to be the biggest one size wise I can find. I don't think he's ready for a ready bed yet hence why I'm trying to find a bigger travel cot. Thank you xoxox

I have one that would easily fit a two year old, but I can't tell you off the top of my head what make it is.

Ahh that's a shame. If you manage to find out would you be able to let me know please? X

I'll check tomorrow, but if you live near me you can have it. It's only been used once.
I'm off to bed now, but I'll check in tomorrow x

Why not get a cot bed? It wouldn’t take up much more room and would last him for a good few years.

Awww thanks so much @redblueshoe xx

My 2.5 year old had a my first readybed for a unplanned (emergency) trip to grandparents. Along with a child gate and clearing of any unsafe items it worked well. Incase you can't find a big enough travel cot.

We have just started putting a bed guard on the side of a single bed. Does mean she can climb out but tbh she doesn't bother, she just shouts for mummy Hmm

With DS we had a bigger travel cot to keep him contained, think it was the Hauck one. If your local charity shops are open, ours always has loads. Or maybe an ad on a local Facebook selling or Gumtree. They are the sort of thing that's used a handful of times and is often in great condition.

The best travel cot we've ever used was a baby Bjorn one that we borrowed on holiday. It was fantastic but very expensive!

How about a camping ready bed - the kids ones have little sides. Not sure what age they are suitable from. Otherwise a normal camp bed/roll mat perhaps?

We've brought a toddler airbed, the ones with duvet bir attached.
He used that now at 2 at grandma's House and when we go away we will take it with us.
Think 2 is too big for travel cot, and they aren't the most comfortable.
