Hmmm i wouldn't be too worried, baby skin is weird for the first few weeks, they're all of a sudden exposed to light and air and dirt and particles, rather than the cosy sterile womb, and it can give them different reactions. Try putting a little bit of breast milk on a patch of skin and see if it helps - almost always does!
