To take 12 week old baby out all day?

My baby is out in the pram with me now meeting friends in the park and then having lunch. After lunch I will hand him over to DH who will take him to meet some of his friends this afternoon. He will be back home at about 5, so will have been out between 11am and 5pm in total.

I just wanted to check - is it okay for a 12 week old baby to be out and about in the pram for such a long time - or will he get completely overstimulated?

You'll soon find out! Honestly it depends on the baby. DS would sleep brilliantly in his pram so we were often out for the full day from around about 12 weeks on, I have very fond memories of a long lunch out that DS slept through and when he woke up my pal's husband genuinely had forgotten the baby was there/that I'd had a baby at all. Give it a go and see how you get on.

I don’t see a problem, babies usually let it known if they aren’t happy! I can’t think of anything better than being pushed around in a comfy pram all day 👍🏻

I’m sure he will be fine, it’s only one day - have a nice relaxing day at home tomorrow if you like!
