DS is 19 months and is fairly reliable at telling us needs a poo in the potty, but not very relaible at wees. He mostly goes bare bum at home, but we need a washale 'pull up' for when we are out as its such a faff to get a Weenees or cotton bottoms nappy back on him as he stands in the bathroom...any thoughts?

Yoyos are bulky like normal minkis

I quite like swaddlebees for standing up changes - just do up 3 of the 4 poppers and pull them up, then do the 4th one up.

thanks, had a look - whats the difference between the all in ones and the pocket nappies? They look exactly the same. Ideally we need something fairly absorbent, as he is essentially 'untrained' for wees!

All in ones take longer to dry

Pockets generally tend to be better - if he is an average wee-er then go for just the basic one insert (microfibre dries faster) if he is a power wee-er then get a hemp insert with a microfibre booster - put the microfibre on the top as it draws it away faster, and then slowly goes into the hemp.

ok, so probably the pocket. We had a few fuzzis and did not get on with them at all - lots of leaks around the leg...but I suppose these are a very different cut. Do you still do an MN discount (did you ever, or am I thinking of someone else?)

Type MN into the code box (I think) - if not email bumfluffnappies at gmail dot com and I will email you what it really is!

They are a very different shape to fuzzis

Thanks, I'll try it, and email you if it doesn't work. I am going to experiment with the inserts I already have first (we have a wide variety of hemp and microfibre ones we use with weenees) and will buy the inserts if I need them.

It worked, thanks flame. Ordered some training pants as well, for the next stage! I'll let you know how I get on - I'll need to buy more if the swaddlebees work out.
