Feet to foot - how long?

baby is 6 months old and rolling/trying hard to crawl. Sleeps in a sleeping bag rather than blankets.

I put him to sleep at the bottom of the cot but recently he wriggles all the way up so when i go back in he is right up the top curled on his side in the corner.

Am I OK to leave him now ge can move about the place? I don't really know how to stop him tbh!

He wears a nappy alarm so safe enough?

Reassure me please :$

Yes it's fine! I think the feet to foot thing applies to babies under blankets to stop them wriggling down underneath them and suffocating but as yours is in a sleeping bag that's not possible anyway!

Feet to foot is not necessary at all in a sleeping bag, as they can't wriggle under the covers
