Calcium food plan for one yr old?

I have a one year old who has just finished formula and is going into cow's milk. It has been two days and we are getting there very slowly. This isn't worrying me as I know it can take sometimes around ten tries of a taste. She also has vitamins.

I am just wondering if anyone had used/followed/created a plan to make sure their child is getting the recommended amount of calcium per day just throughout this transition?

2-3 portions of dairy should provide sufficient calcium. You don't need a specific food plan. Milk in cereal and other foods will count too.

Loads of food has calcium in it. If she eats a varied diet, I wouldn't worry.

Does she eat yoghurt, cheese, vegetables?

Have you just suddenly stopped formula and are giving cows milk? Can you not phase it in gradually instead?

You really don't need a plan. Have a look at the First Steps Nutrition website for details www.firststepsnutrition.org/eating-well-early-years

Thanks all!!

No not phasing it in
