I keep losing my temper with my son. He often winds me up. He's 16 and says things he knows will wind me up. I just lose my temper with him so often. I don't physically abuse him but I terrify him and stand over him and he curls up in the corner. I want to be more placid and gentle but my anger takes over. Anybody here that can relate?

You need to speak to your GP ASAP. This is abuse and you need help to stop it.
