BJCM GT - parent facing alternative

The baby jogger city mini GT looks perfect for me, except that it is only world facing! I really love facing my baby, so can’t see it as an option right now.

I want something similar that is easy to push, not too bulky and is big enough that I won’t need to buy another stroller when my DS is 2/3 YO.

He’s 9 months now so it doesn’t need to be lie flat or have a carrycot. Any suggestions?

Joie Versatrax or Mirus? They can face both ways.
We got a dirt cheap Cybex Easy S Twist when Mothercare closed down, just to keep in the car boot. It faces both ways and packs away really small but I wouldn't pay full price for it (bit on the flimsy side).
Our main buggy is a Out n About sport which is not parent facing - not as much of an issue as I thought it would be.

I’ve been looking at the mamas & papas armadillo flip xt3. Has anyone had this? Think it has everything I’m looking for, I’m just not sure how big the seat is and whether it will last till 2-3 YO.
Any advice is really appreciated.

@Fancyateapottea we have the Flip XT2 (so the older version) and love it. Our 3 year old is still very comfortable in it with plenty of growing room!

Thanks that’s good to hear! I had the icandy Apple for my first dc and he outgrew it before 2! Don’t want to make the same mistake again.
They’ve got a good deal on at the moment for the special edition one too.
Anyone else have any experience of these or recommendations of other strollers?

I have the bugaboo bee. You can swap it between world and parent facing really easily. DS is still in it at 26 months. There are loads second hand.
