Facebook keeps showing me adverts for Pat Pat clothes (baby clothes and nursing clothes). They look lovely but I'm pretty dubious about companies that I've only heard of through random social media adverts.

Has anyone used this company? Are they ok?? Good quality?

Never heard of them, but just googled and they look like one of those cheap Asian import companies.

Would avoid if that's the case - mainly because any item you buy direct from outside the EU doesn't necessarily have to conform to rules and regulations we have within it, unlike say something made in China but sold in Tesco. There are all sorts of regulations about children's clothing which probably aren't anything you've ever thought about which is what I always think is good about EU regs - you don't have to know anything about a product to be able to just trust it has a basic level of safety.

But secondly, we had some clothes gifted from one of those websites, and they are very cute in design but really poor quality - worse even than Primark. The sizing was totally odd, the labels were on the outside of the clothing (!) and totally in Chinese, and after one wash they looked dingy and the designs had faded, and I didn't wash them in anything agressive or mix colours or anything.

The Facebook group ‘can I breast feed in it’ is generally not very impressed with the sizing.

Thanks both. Sounds a bit dodgy then, I'll give it a miss.

I ordered three items from there fully expecting it to take forever to arrive, with a questionable quality. But because it was during a period when they had a big sale, and I saw something I really liked, I ordered anyway. And I have to admit I was very surprised on both accounts. It arrived within a couple weeks (pre covid so would prob take longer now) and the quality was actually pretty good. One of the baby gro’s was quite thin but still very cute, but the other 2 felt really soft and thick. The sizing is completely off though! I ordered one 0-3 months, which is probably more 3-6, one of the 3-6 month onesies is fine, but the other is more 6-9 months. But my DD is also on the lower percentile. I would like to think I’m not a one off, and would consider ordering again if there were a few items I wanted. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst!
