Baby's first cold or something else? Help

my baby has a cold I think,
She has no temprature her temp is 36.8 she didn't feel hot to touch or anything
She seems quite blocked up and coughs sometimes, I'm not sure if she's coughing because she's chocking in her slebbers as she's teething?
Any advice?

Choking on her what? If she is choking I think you need to get some medical advice.

Vapour bath bubble bath from Asda and some snuggle babe on her chest. If you haven't got a bogey sucker you might need to go manual I'm afraid. Trust your instincts and just go with the flow for baby. If BF feed feed feed. If baby is weaned lots of oranges 😊

Snuffle babe not snuggle babe 🙈

How old is she OP? Snufflebabe isn't recommended until 3m.

If she's congested, put her in the bathroom with the shower on full blast and hot, let her breathe in the steam, and prop the head of her cot up a bit so it's easier for her to breathe at night. Saline drops can help to clear them out, but generally babies hate them, so i only did it before a breastfeed so she could breathe better and feed more. Keep an eye for signs of dehydration, keep an eye on her temp, and just go for lots of cuddles and feeding. Good luck! It's awful when they're sick the first time, but you'll all get through it.

Put the Snufflebabe on you if she is too young for it. If it's on your collar bone then it will waft down her nose while she feeds 😊
