How early do boys get hairy legs?

DS5 is already getting lots of dark hair on his legs. Hair on his head is sandy so not especially dark all Over ifyswim. He’s our only child so not really sure when it’s normal to develop hair on boys. I don’t remember getting hairy legs as a girl until about 12..

My six year old is the most hairy kid I've even seen, honestly he's like a baby Chewbacca. He has very fine hair all over, legs back etc. They are not grown up hairs though if you see what I mean. Very soft and fine. My ten year old still doesn't have body hair

Sounds pretty normal to me.

My dd is 5 and getting hair on her legs so I would assume about the same for boys.

DS(8) is blonde, but from the day he was born you'd swear his lower legs and back belonged to an adult man. He also sweats like one 🤢

Yup, early hairies here. It's all fine and natural, don't worry.
