Green mucus in baby poo?

He’s 4 months, we’ve had this once before but the past 2 nappy changes it’s been like this. He’s perfectly fine and happy, no fever etc. We do suspect he is teething as his fists are constantly in his mouth and he’s very drooly! Is this normal or should I call the GP?

I would say that just teething poo. A bit gross, but does it smell a bit vinegary?

Can’t say I gave it a whiff, but I will next time Blush I should add he’s formula fed. I did suspect it was due to teething, but Dr Google OBVIOUSLY mentions infections so wanted some advice before I endure another 2 hours on hold to the GP!
