5 week old appetite change? Less?

My baby is 5 weeks old and the last couple of days has been taking less at quite a few of her feeds, she usually takes 3oz from a 4oz bottle (sometimes closer to 4) but the last two days it's often been a battle to get her to take 2oz before falling asleep! She's still having wet nappies as usual.

When would you be concerned?

Could it be related to some sort of growth spurt or something, although I'd have expected her to eat more in that case?

I wouldnt worry. My son went through phases of eating loads and eating hardly any. He tended to eat more before a spurt and less for a while after. Just keep an eye out for signs of dehydration, but as there are still wet nappies its unlikely your LO is. I find if my DS is taking less due to teething pains, it helps to feed him when he's just woke from a nap or while asleep.

That could be the case as she upped her intake for a few days last week and was really guzzling!
