Baby groups

With them all being cancelled and with the announcements yesterday,I wonder if anyone knew of any that had started/were planning on opening up again? Interested to hear from parents/anyone who facilitates them.

I do online ones just now.

My HV told me the other day that classes were opening back up in July with limited people. Im in scotland.

Yes,I'm doing online ones as well but they're not really a replacement.

That's interesting about Scotland, considering they're doing things differently to the UK. I'll maybe ask my HV

Yeah it surprised me too

My baby was born in march, so my sons been in lockdown for his whole life so far and id love to get to groups. If anything to meet other parents - its something I feel ive really missed out on. Realistically my son wont know the difference and I dont think they're of any benefit to babies before 4/5 months old.

Ive done online ones but I found them to be a bit of a waste of time, so I stopped.

Ohhh I did not know this. Excited!

@Letsallscreamatthesistene if it makes you feel any baby I tried groups at that age and found it quite stressful! It was difficult to get the timing right so I often ended up at the back of rooms feeding or rocking & not getting to chat to people. 5/6 months was much better!
