Following as I have the same problem with my nearly 3 year old. I've been looking into sensory compression bedding

Don't the Gro company (as in baby sleeping bags) make toddler duvet sets that can't be kicked off?

Hang on, here's a link: gro.co.uk/product/gro-to-bed/

Would something like that help?

Try turning the duvet the other way so you can tuck more in. That might be tricky with her being in a cot. Have you thought about moving her into a bed?

Play peek a boo with her but have her sitting and pulling the duvet up as part of the game. It will teach her the gross motor skills.
She’ll learn how to do it on her own.

It seems to be getting worse .... can be 3 times a night now that she calls me to put duvet back on

Was debating changing her cot to cot bed now she 3 but holding off with that now I think!
