Baby bath - can anyone recommend?

I have a baby bath tub I was given second hand, but find it quite hard to use. It’s a struggle to hold DS steady while we’re washing him and I’m constantly worried about him hitting his head on the hard plastic or sliding down into the water. It doesn’t help that he hates bath time and constantly squirms and wriggles - probably partly because he’s not being held very well by me.

Are there are any better baby baths out there, or any baby bath seats you would recommend for putting him in the bath with me?

The angelcare made such a difference with DS2, I don't know why we didn't get one before, he now uses the seat instead of the lay down bath seat.

It was a godsend when he was tiny, he'd be on his seat whilst I showered and loved it - meant I could actually shower while DH was at work.

I love my Shnuggle, it was £20 very well spent. I still use it and my DD is 14 months. Could you buy both second hand on FB marketplace then you can trial them both and see what you prefer?

No need for such a sarcastic response. I know what a cross post is. Have a nice evening.

Love the Shnuggle - just stopped using it when DD turned 2! Blush She did still just fit into it with her knees bent up. She still enjoyed it and it saved lots on water whilst keeping her nice and warm. Best baby product we had

I wasn’t being sarcastic, but I have had a nice evening. Thanks! 🙂
