Viral rash

DD (12 months) was sent home from nursery on Tuesday with a temp which she had until Thursday night/Friday. She had a negative coronavirus test. Yesterday she had a little rash on her back and this morning it was all over her chest, stomach and back.

She's totally fine, no temp since waking up on Friday, appetite fine, energy fine etc. I spoke to 111 this morning just because she's never had a rash like this and a dr called me back and said given the fever a few days ago it just sounded like a viral rash.
I can't find the nurseries sickness policy anywhere and obviously can't call them today. Is this the kind of thing nurseries normally let kids go back with? I don't want to be a dick parent who sends their child in when they're ill, but equally she seems totally fine. Is a virus contagious at this stage? If so, how long do these rashes normally last?
(Obviously I'll do what the nursery says, but just for planning with work it would be good to know now if she's likely to be off for a while)
