Question about baby temp at night

DS is six months and usually has a temp of around 36.6/36.7
He hates being too warm, like his dad
Our room is quite hot at the moment at 23 so at night he's been in a short sleeved vest with a 0.5 tog sleeping bag and thin blanket tucked over the top (I know you shouldn't necessarily have a blanket and a grobag but the advice for this temp is one tog which I don't have and he's a Thrasher and sleeps better pinned down with the blanket)
My question is, is it ok that his temp is the same at night as it is during the day? Should he be slightly warmer?
He sleeps really well, but in the morning his arms and hands are always cold (if in a short sleeved vest, hands cold if he's in a long sleeved vest) so I wondered if I am underdressing him but always figured he would wake me up if he was cold and better than overheating him?
