Which girl's name do you prefer Penny or India?

Penny Elizabeth or India Rose please help me decide xx

Does it have to be one of the other?
Penelope Elizabeth?
Penny Eliza?
Lizzie Rose?
( I don’t like India as a name unless there are family reasons etc)
Babette Rose? (Babette is another diminutive of Elizabeth)

I’d go Penny Elizabeth if I had to choose.
