Hi everyone, just wanted to mention something that worked for my son and his nappy rash.
He has just turned 6 weeks old and started to develop a small amount of nappy rash over the last few days (think it might be something to do with coop nappies)
I tried metanium cream and it didn't make it better (but not worse) and I tried the purple nipple cream that's the consistency of vaseline and that was the same.
Decided to try a vitamin e oil that I got from superdrug for £3.99 and it cleared it up within a day. The nappy rash was mild, but I'm still happy that the oil stopped it from developing and cleared it so quickly.
Hope its as effective for others.
