Milk and eczema

Hi ladies

My dd is nearly 2 and suffers badly with eczema. She still has a bottle of milk in the morning and one before bed (please dont give me a hard time for this). I've tried so many different creams, it's so bad right now. My husband suffers badly to, dd1 did for a while but she grew out of it aged 3'ish. Anyway I was going to call my HIV tomorrow and discuss changing her to goats milk but wondered if its okay for a 2yo to drink goats milk instead of cows?

Why do you think it would make a difference? Goats milk is perfectly fine btw

Thank you for replying. I'm not 100% sure it will make a difference but my husband switched to goats milk and it made a big difference (hes a huge milk drinker), currently hes cut right down on milk altogether so I've stopped buying it but I'm sick of the cycle of trying different creams so want to try something else.
