Mediation with dad

Hi all. Recently split with kids dad. He has been picking and choosing when to have the kids. Hes really lazy so always late in the afternoon and sometimes refuses to take them out and wants to sit with them in my home. I'm sick of this and want to get set days and times so that I can go back to work and have a life. Any advice on how to do this? Thanks in advance

This is something you both need to agree on. If he decides he doesnt want to see the kids one day, dont rearrange it. You need to be quite strict.

Also, if he says he wants to sit in your house with them say you're going out and its inappropriate for him to be there on his own.

You need to keep him to his word.
