Limit/control household internet?

I have three children between 15 and 5 and currently juggling working from home and three lots of different school work 😣
Trying to give the kids some free time / down time online but would like to be able to control and limit this. We usually have set times where there is no internet - I was simply turning it off but now with my work there are times I'd like the kids to have no access but I need access.
Has anyone tried anything reasonably simple to operate where set hours / time limits per user or device would be possible?
